meeting location
The meeting and expo will be held at the Golden Nugget Las Vegas.
Golden Nugget 129 E. Fremont Street, Las Vegas, NV 89101.

booth application & payment
To reserve your space, complete a Contract for Exhibit Space and return to RxPO.
Fees include an identification sign, general exhibit hall cleaning, overall security guard service and two complimentary exhibitor badges for 100 square feet. The exhibit location is fully carpeted.

arrangement of exhibits
Standard booth backgrounds and side rails, decorated with draperies, and a uniform sign are provided without additional charge. Booth backgrounds are eight feet and divider rails are three feet in height; draperies will be provided in pre-selected show colors. Booth assignment is at the sole discretion of Asyntria.

publication
All exhibitors registered by May 30, 2008 will be published in the meeting program guide by company name and will include contact information and booth number.

exhibitor registration & badges
Exhibitors will have a dedicated onsite location for registration and support. Exhibitors requesting more than two badges per 100 square feet will be charged a fee of $150 per person. Registered exhibitors may obtain continuing education credits.

service kit
An exhibitor's service kit, providing information on ordering drayage, electrical services, furniture rental, labor, additional carpet, etc., with a complete list of charges, will be shipped to exhibitors in June 2008. The kit will also include forms to request badges for booth personnel. Service kits will be shipped to the primary contact on the contract.
